เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วสามารถเลื่อนวัน/เวลาตรวจ หรือยกเลิกการลองได้ก่อนตรวจ 24 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น หากเลยเวลาดังกล่าว จะไม่สามารถทำได้ การยกเลิกในกรณีที่ชำระเงินแล้ว จะโดนหักเงินจำนวน 500 บาท จากราคาเต็มที่ชำระ ขั้นตอนการคืนเงินจะใช้เวลา 15-60 วัน สำหรับบัตรเครดิต และ 7 วัน สำหรับการโอนชำระ
You can cancel or adjust the booking 24 hours before the appointment. For booking cancellation, you will be deducted 500 baht from the full amount you pay. The refund process might take 15-60 days for credit card. And 7 business days for bank transfer.

The reports will be sent to your email. In case of requesting for hard copies, the document will be sent by messenger which you will be charged for the transportation fee.
หากผู้ใช้บริการมีความประสงค์ที่จะขอออกใบเสร็จ หรือ ใบกำกับภาษี จะต้องทำการแจ้งล่วงหน้าในตอนลงทะเบียน ซึ่งท่านจะได้รับเอกสารทางอีเมล์ ในกรณีที่ต้องการเอกสารฉบับจริง ทางเราจะจัดส่งให้ทางไปรณีย์
In case of requesting for Receipt or Tax Invoice, kindly inform our staffs in advance. The document will be sent to your email and by mail (upon request).
