โดยปกติแล้วจะต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า 1 วันก่อนตรวจ แต่หากต้องการจองอย่างเร่งด่วนสามารถติดต่อแอดมินเข้ามาได้ เพื่อจองตรวจระหว่างวัน

Normally, the booking needed to be made at least 1 day in advance. But you can also urgently book by contacting our staffs.

สามารถออกเอกสารสำหรับเดินทางไปญี่ปุ่นได้ โดยมีบริการจัดส่งเอกสารฉบับจริงถึงบ้านลูกค้า หลังทราบผลตรวจจากแล็บ คุณลูกค้าจะได้รับ Lab Report, Medical Certificate และ Japan Certificate ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 500 บาท/ท่าน

We provide the document that meets Japanese Government's requirement. You will receive Lab Report, Medical Certificate with Fit to Fly and Japan Certificate. The hardcopies will be sent to your location by messenger. The charge is 500 baht (not include RT-PCR price).
