very satisfied with the services . Used RTPCR and fit to fly india service . Sample collection done from Pattaya hotel by well qualified nurse and results got delivered to email within given time frame . By comparing cost , I have found this is one of the most effective test center to perform RT-PCR test .

great efficient service, arranged mine from Jomtien, nurse arrived on time at 08.00, received the Covid docs back via email at 20.00, I even had a follow up call at 21.00 from LabNet checking that I had received my email.

My son's fight schedule was delayed. He arrived in Thailand around 07 :00 pm. Most of the PCR test closed. My son urgent to do the PCR test because next day go to HK. I am very afraid about that. I try to contact LabNetwork. The staff very very helpful and efficient to help me solve the problem. They arrange the nurse standby in airport waiting my son. Then get the PCR test to him. The result received in midnight. LabNetwork's customer service is very excellent and the nurse is professional. All is good service for LabNetwork. I am very lucky on this matter. It is a great service provided by LabNetwork, thank you so much! I had to fly for business purpose and my company confirmed the flight schedule at the last minute, I was in big trouble to get the compulsory PCR TEST in time for my flight and the LabNetwork literally saved me : last minute appointment made and negative result with Fit to Fly certificate received on my mail address in less than 6hrs after sampling completed! In addition, the Nurse for sampling came directly at my hotel, 15min in advance compared to agreed schedule despite traffic jams in BKK (heavy raining). Also the sample was conducted on a very professional way. So thank you again, you are the best!
I completely forgot about PCR Test and had to reschedule my flight for the next day.
On a Sunday at 5pm instead of spending the night going to hospitals (which like the PRC facility at the airport mainly propose result in 24 hour), I booked quickly a test for the next day early morning in an hotel near the airport.
I was doubting at first but but got a confirmation few hours later and call the nurse called the next morning to tell me she was on her way.
The LabNetwork team reached to me as there was some issue to find the hotel but were very supportive and committed to provide results in the best delay to accommodate my flight.
I got the PRC result 6 hours later from being tested and took my flight on the afternoon without issue. Saved my day =D !
